If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. Whether you need a different size, color, or simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
- Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.
- Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Please note that certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Additionally, any items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
